POTOMAC RIVER UPDATE
SCOW’s Board of Directors is continuing to monitor conditions on the Potomac River. Once bacterial levels have returned to normal, we will open up boat reservations and resume normal sailing operations. Calypso in Annapolis is unaffected and remains available to qualified skippers.
In the meantime, the calendar for March is packed with activities for members. Check the website for event days and times.

We're a 100% volunteer-run organization. Our members collectively own the Catalina keelboat cruisers and Flying Scot centerboard daysailers. We sail from Washington Sailing Marina on Daingerfield Island - off the George Washington Parkway and south of Reagan National Airport.

WSMThe Washington Sailing Marina is operated by Guest Services, Incorporated, which is the concessionaire selected by the National Park Service to operate the Marina. Only the training program offered by WSM is authorized to offer training to the general public. Although we keep our boats at the Marina, SCOW is an independent club and is not affiliated with either the Park Service or GSI.
